US

OPCS is a US company inheritor of IRSA, founded in 1989 to unite the American and European export market knowledge with a solid network of contacts generated mainly in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.

A group of independent professionals provided this knowledge with an experience of more than 30 years in the Spanish export sector. Some of them participated in the largest export company of the Spain Government. This experience was concretized, during that period, in the detection, promotion, and direct support to the procurement of more than 2.5 billion US dollars.

OPCS and IRSA have participated in the procurement of more than 400 million US dollars, covering a wide operational spectrum in different public and private sectors, reaching collaboration agreements or through invested companies in several European, Asian and American cities.

OPCS is currently collaborating with private companies from different sectors and countries, combining financing possibilities with technical capabilities and infrastructure and / or service needs.
